I breakdown the idea that sometimes our negative thoughts, self-doubt, imposter syndrome and procrastination are actually ways of our subconscious protecting us from fear of putting ourselves out there or failing at what we want.

Because it feels safer to not show up. Because if you don't show up then there’s no chance you would actually fail. So we stay here because we think it’s safe. I
challenge you to think about the one action you can take today to get closer to your goal. The one action you can commit to that will move the needle for your business or life goals.
