Do affirmations really work?
I get it. Repeating and affirming something when we might be feeling lost or overwhelmed might not seem like it's doing a lot, but affirmations has truly changed the game for me.
Studies have found that affirming our abilities or positive attributes can enhance performance in certain tasks and increase motivation.
Research even suggests that affirmations can reduce stress levels.
But affirmations alone won't do the trick, and after using affirmations for the past four years to help me accomplish some of my biggest goals I wanted to share with you how I've been able to use them effectively.
