79. How to Get Out of Your Own Way
Do you feel like you're not getting the results you want? We often focus on what we haven't accomplished yet rather than how far we have come and being exposed to so many examples of overnight success doesn't help. Today, I want to challenge you, to stay committed to your dream. To say yes to not giving up because I promise you if you stay consistent a few years from today you will see all the benefits.
In this episode I share 3 tips on resetting and getting out of your own way:
1. Practicing habits that challenge you (for examples: journaling, moving your body, etc.)
2. Invest in yourself (business coach, therapist, life coach)
3. Don't set unrealistic goals
