The Power of Outsourcing

• You don't have to always wear all the hats in your business 
• Outsourcing allows you to "buy" your time back
• Stay in your Zone of Genius: It takes you more time to do something you are not "good" at then it would an expert in that area. Sum up the time you are spending on these tasks, multiply by your hourly rate and ask yourself if it is worth it? Example: My zone of genius is Bookkeeping. I can get this done very quickly, but when I try to put together any marketing materials it takes me hours and still only comes out "ok". I hired a VA (expert in Marketing) and I have Amazing Marketing materials in 15 min! That's because that is their Zone of Genius.
• Outsourcing actually helps you Grow your Business because that frees up your time for more clients
• Outsourcing allows you to Add additional services to your business, use my example: hiring a Tax Preparer. I have always wanted to offer tax preparation services in my business but it is not something I "Love" doing. I hired a Tax Preparer that will allow me to offer this service without me doing the work.
